The general manager, production director, technical director and financial director of Tsarke Technology were invited to give on-site lectures to more than 20 production and logistics management (reserve) cadres of the company.

He borrowed a famous quote from Drucker that "management is a practice, and its essence is not in knowing, but in doing", and explained to everyone the three kinds of thinking and two tools to solve problems, that is, to bow into the game, have systematic thinking, closed-loop thinking, and use the five-why analysis method and McKinsey's seven-step method to solve problems, to help everyone learn and master the methods and skills of solving problems.
