The training invited national senior etiquette trainers to give lectures, and many departments such as the External Relations Department, the Administration Department, the Purchasing Department, and the Sales Department participated in the training. The teacher started with the importance of etiquette in the workplace, used the business image style to locate the appearance, manners, and brought a unique on-site training to the participants from the aspects of workplace etiquette, meeting etiquette, and hospitality.
During the training, the teachers diversified their teaching, transforming the originally boring etiquette knowledge into a vivid and interesting interactive experience. In the role simulation part of the training, the teacher invited several employees to the stage to play different roles of professionals to conduct simulated dialogues and scene reproduction, so that the employees could experience the practical application of etiquette norms in a relaxed and happy atmosphere.
